Hi,
I was just about to post a suggestion that the people at Open Initiative might take also Thailand on their list of countries to study. Thailand has been blocking especially sites that connect to the southern Thailands separatists and pornography etc. (cant remember what they block). What methods they use there? And also, different thing, there is something wrong going on the main page of open intiative, most articles with comment possibility are gone haywire!!! Some cracking webcrawler has filled the places with awful ads...:-O
