IP blocking of politically sensitive sites from within SK
I have noted that South Korea currently will block web sites that are of a sensitive nature such as sites critical of China, before the beginning of the Olympics in Beijing, thus there is more censorship going on than is reported and not just on internal issues in South Korea but censorship on behalf of other countries in the area, namely the PRC.
I experience this directly since I use a Korean ISP, thus people outside of Korea will never discover this unless they come here and try to access certain sites.

These are the same article but both sites were blocked and are only available after using a proxy to view them.
