It is important to understand that the issue is efficiency of the court system in turkey. The issue is not the importance attached to free speech. If you badger Turks and Turkey about free speech, I think they will just be insulted and you won’t get anywhere. If you focus on helping them improve the legal system so that they can efficiently warn content providers of libelous content, that would be much more productive.
