Cuban official defends Internet restrictions, blames U.S. for low number of Internet users

On Monday, Feb. 12, Cuban Communications Minister Ramiro Valdes spoke in defense of Internet restrictions and blamed the U.S. embargo for the low number of Internet users in the country. Reporters Without Borders has issued a statement disputing the minister's assertions.
