Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) --Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd’s Web site has been tampered with in an apparent protest of proposed reforms of Internet censorship, the Australian Associated Press said.

The Web site, www.pm.gov.au, was “brought down” last night for about an hour, the AAP said in a report carried on the Sydney Morning Herald Web site. The Web site of the Australian Communications and Media Authority was also hit, the report said.

The prime minister’s Web site has been restored and is functioning normally.
