Saudi Arabia blocks Amnesty International Web site after anti-terror law leak

    The Saudi Arabian government has long blocked access to thousands of Web sites that cover topics such as religion, women, health, drugs, sex and pop culture. On July 25, it began blocking the website of INGO Amnesty International (AI), after AI published a Saudi draft law that the organization fears will hinder free speech in the nation if implemented.
