It's clear that the freedom of expression is not popular in Pakistan. I think the government is stepping way out of the line in this issue. They need to establish first that these banned websites causes a clear and present danger. Otherwise, it won't make any sense at all.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the internet monitoring body in Pakistan, has issue directives to all its ISP providers to block a list of six web pages on the grounds that they were "harmful for the integrity of the country."
