The Polish EU Presidency and the EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator, Gilles de Kerchove, convened an urgent meeting, on 28 July in Brussels, with European Commission, Europol, member states and Norwegian counter-terrorism experts, six days after the massacre in Norway perpetrated by a Norwegian right-wing extremist.
